Refunds

Monthly plans

Cancel any time from the billing page and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. If it is your first payment on a plan and you ask within seven days, we refund it in full, no questions. After that a period already started is not refunded.

Trials

A trial costs nothing until it ends. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.

One-time purchases

An Event Pass is refunded in full if you ask before the event it covers starts. Once the event has started it is not.

If something did not work

If a paid feature was broken for you during a period, tell us what and when. We refund that period, or extend the plan by the time lost, whichever you prefer.

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take a few days to show.
