What we store about you, why, and what we never touch.

Last updated 5 September 2026

What we store

  • Your account: the email address and display name you sign up with, or the ones Google or Discord give us if you sign in with them, plus a profile image if they provide one.
  • What you set up: the alliance you join or claim, the character you link, the states you watch, your alert rules, and the Discord webhook addresses you add.
  • Billing: your plan and its status. Card details never reach us; Stripe holds them. We keep Stripe’s customer and subscription identifiers so we can find your plan.
  • Use: which days you opened the dashboard, so we can tell whether anyone is using it. Not which pages, not what you clicked.

What we do not do

  • We do not ask for, store or ever see your game login.
  • We do not run analytics or advertising scripts, and we set no third-party cookies.
  • We do not sell or share your details with anyone.

Game data

Player names, alliance names, power figures, hero rosters and the like are read from what the game shows publicly to every player, and are shown here in the same way. If you are a player and want a page about you removed from the public site, write to us with your in-game name and state and we will remove it.

Cookies

Vantera sets only its own: your session, your theme, and whether the sidebar is collapsed.

Where it lives

Vantera runs on servers we operate in the European Union. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can see and change your account details on the settings page. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to delete your account and everything tied to it, by writing to [email protected]. Deletion happens within thirty days; billing records stay for as long as the law requires.
